How long does it take to complete the course?
Online courses can be taken at any pace you choose. While you must complete certain sections to complete others. All course material will be available at any time once completed. You set the pace.
Are there any age restrictions for taking this course?
For our standard online course there is an age restriction of 13+ but our child safety course is for 5-13 with a guardian present.
Will I need any special equipment or gear to participate?
No gear is required! Athletic wear is recommended.
Are there any live training sessions or is it entirely online?
